"Will & Grace" creators David Kohan and Max Mutchnick have secured Michael Urie and Sophia Bush for two of the leads for their new comedy pilot, CBS' "Partners," according to TVLine.com.
The pilot focuses on two architects -- one gay (Urie) and one straight -- who have been best friends for years. When the straight friend proposes to his girlfriend (Bush), it becomes clear that the friendship is about to change.
The "Partners" pilot will be directed by James Burrows.
Bush is currently appearing on the final season of The CW's "One Tree Hill." The "Hitcher" and "Stay Alive" star appeared in the pilot "Southern Discomfort" two years ago when "OTH" was on the bubble.
Urie is best known for his role on "Ugly Betty."
