In the ever intriguing battle of opening release dates, Walt Disney Studios has fired a bomb at Seth Rogen and Sony Pictures' "The Green Hornet."

After moving the picture back five months earlier this week, "Hornet" pretty much had the Dec. 17, 2010 date all to itself.  Not so fast, only a few days later Disney placed "Tron Legacy" on the same day making the pre-Christmas 2010 date a war for the hearts of genre skewing male action fans everywhere.  Will Sony blink and move "Green Hornet" again?  Is there a chance both movies can become blockbusters on that date?  Or will Warner Bros. CG "Yogi Bear" (yep, it's on the way), be the surprise holiday winner?  Stay tuned true believers.  This one is just getting interesting.
