'Lost' director-producer joins FOX's 'Alcatraz'
J.J. Abrams is set to reteam with Jack Bender once again.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Jack Bender will serve as executive producer and director on FOX's midseason drama "Alcatraz."
This will reunite Bender and "Alcatraz" executive producer Abrams, who have previously worked together on "Felicity," "Alias" and "Lost."
"Alcatraz" is a time-bending mystery focusing on a contemporary investigation into the circumstances that have caused a slew of 1960s prison inmates to vanish and reappear in the present. The series features Sarah Jones, Sam Neill, Jorge Garcia and Parminder Nagra.
