FOX pulls 'Breaking In.' Again.
The third time was not, in fact, the charm of FOX's "Breaking In."
The frequently resurrected comedy -- originally not ordered to series, then ordered to series but canceled and then reordered for a second season -- has been pulled from its Tuesday 9:30 time period on FOX.
After a couple weeks away for the end of the "Raising Hope" season, "Breaking In" had been set to return to Tuesday nights after "New Girl." Instead, the low-rated comedy will be yanked entire and replaced by repeats of the recently renewed "New Girl."
"Breaking In," which had seen its overall audience hovering around 3 million and its 18-49 rating dip to a dismal 1.3, has episodes left in the can.
Perhaps FOX will burn it off in the summer along with new episodes of "I Hate My Teenage Daughter"? Neither comedy will be officially canceled until May, but the chances of another reprieve for "Breaking In" seem low.
