'Arrested Development' will come to Netflix in spring 2013

It was a week of tantalizing details about the upcoming Netflix season of "Arrested Development."

The key piece of news was HuffingtonPost.com narrowing down the release window for the new episodes to "spring" of 2013. That still sounds pretty broad, but it's more specific than "2013 TBD."

Then there was David Cross' contention that the season would be longer than the reported 10 episodes, possibly as many as 13.

This part isn't exactly true, but a Netflix spokesperson confirms to HitFix that the plan is to have "at least" 10 episodes which could, theoretically, mean more than 10. It all depends on Mitch Hurwitz.
