Halle Berry is going to star in "New Year's Eve' after all
Halle Berry had to give up her role in Gary Marshall's ensemble romantic comedy "New Year's Eve" last month while she battled for custody of her daughter, but after a judge ruled she could travel with her child from Los Angeles to the Big Apple she's back in.
The New York City-set production, which is a thematic sequel to Marshall's blockbuster "Valentine's Day," also features Sarah Jessica Parker, Jessica Biel, Seth Meyers, Robert De Niro, Ashton Kutcher, Lea Michele, Hilary Swank, Jessica Biel and Katherine Heigl. Heigl replaced Berry when she initially dropped out, but now Berry will return in the smaller role of a nurse in the movie.
