Natalie Portman may be sucked in by 'Gravity'
Word is that Natalie Portman's performance in Darren Aronofsky's "Black Swan," is so impressive that it has studios and filmmakers extremely interested in working with her. She has been offered the lead, sans screen test, in Alfonso Cuaron's "Gravity," a sci-fi 3D space survival story which would feature Portman in a mostly solitary role (like Tom Hanks in "Cast Away") about a woman surviving on her own in space after the crew of her ship is wiped out. Robert Downey Jr. is committed to a supporting role.
Ms. Portman is currently reading the script and should be making up her mind shortly.
