Taraji P. Henson reunites with Terrence Howard for FOX's 'Empire'
Offering reminders of the difficulties out there for a pimp, FOX has set up a "Hustle & Flow" reunion for the hip-hop pilot "Empire."
Per media reports, Oscar nominee Taraji P. Henson is set to join Terrence Howard in the drama, which comes from "The Butler" team of writer Danny Strong and director Lee Daniels.
Henson will play Cookie Lyons, ex-wife to record label mogul Lucious Lyons (Howard). Cookie just spent 17 years in jail on drug charges and now she's ready to get a piece of Lucious' empire.
Jussie Smollett is also joining the cast, playing the Lucious' son.
Henson was most recently a regular for two-and-a-half seasons on CBS' "Person of Interest."
