Adult Swim renews 'Childrens Hospital' for Season 4
Adult Swim has picked up a fourth season of the all-star medical parody "Childrens Hospital," with new episodes set to air in 2012.
The fourth season pickup for the transplanted webseries is for 14 new episodes beginning production later this year.
"I’m very pleased and honored by this announcement," stated series creator Rob Corddry. "I’m also very surprised, given that I write this show when I’m very, very drunk. Season four promises to be a cry for help."
Now in its second season on Adult Swim, "Childrens Hospital" has spent the past 10 weeks topping its midnight time period among adults 18-34, 18-49 and 18-24.
In addition to Corddry, "Childrens Hospital" stars Malin Ackerman, Lake Bell, Erinn Hayes, Rob Huebel, Ken Marino, Megan Mullally and Henry Winkler.
