Neko Case, Nick Cave joining forces for 'True Blood' track
"True Blood" fans will have yet another thing to look forward to when it comes to the Season 4 premiere of the HBO show. Neko Case and Nick Cave have combined together for a cover of The Zombies' "She's Not There," which will play over the end credits of the episode.
Music Supervisor Gary Calamar originally wanted to use Santana's 1977 version of the '60s song, but opted for an updated version instead.
"The key to a good soundtrack is having fresh recordings," he said during Musexpo in Hollywood this week, according to Billboard.
"True Blood" returns on June 26.
