The Weeknd drops third free mixtape of 2011
Formerly mysterious R&B and recent Drake collaborator The Weeknd has dropped his third mixtape for free. "Echoes of Silence" is nine tracks long and includes a cover of Michael Jackson's "Dirty Diana," which wasn't the King of Pop's greatest contribution to society ever, really, but hey, free is free. Clams Casino also helps produce on "The Fall."
The Canadian singer -- real name Abel Tesfaye -- not only helped out Drake on "Take Care" this year, but remixed big-named artists like Lady Gaga (for her "Born This Way" redux album). Yours, for a sexy-time Christmas.
