Britney Spears dawns bikini to deliver Top Ten on Letterman
Appearing in a risque bikini, Britney Spears appeared on "The Late Show with David Letterman" this week to deliver Top Ten Ways The Country Would Be Different If Britney Spears Were President." It was obviously taped and the jokes were even funny, but Spears medication must have been a high dosage this day. Her timing was completely off on most of the bits. Showing just what a draw Spears still is, the video already had over 1 million views only three days after being posted on YouTube.
