Megan Fox joins Sacha Baron Cohen in 'The Dictator'
Megan Fox and John C. Reilly are set for cameo roles in Sacha Baron Cohen’s latest comedy "The Dictator," according to The Hollywood Reporter.
Anna Faris ("The House Bunny"), Oscar winner Ben Kingsley ("Gandhi") and Jason Mantzoukas ("The League") also star.
The details of the Fox and Reilly roles are being kept secret.
The film is another Cohen satire in which he plays two roles -- a democracy-hating dictator lost in the U.S., and an impoverished goat herder living in the former's oppressed state.
Former "Transformers" star Fox will soon be seen in Jennifer Westfelt's "Friends With Kids," co-starring Kristen Wiig ("Bridesmaids") and Adam Scott ("Party Down"). She'll shoot Judd Apatow’s "This Is Forty" this summer.
Reilly recently co-starred in the comedy "Cedar Rapids" and the Cannes competitor "We Need to Talk About Kevin" alongside Tilda Swinton. He'll also soon be seen in the indie "Terri." Reilly's also adding his voice to Disney’s animated "Wreck-It Ralph."
"Dictator" is currently shooting in New York with "Curb Your Enthusiasm" vet Larry Charles, who also helmed "Borat" and "Bruno," directing.
The film will open nationwide May 11, 2012.
