Adam Levine brings a semi-autobiographical sitcom to NBC
Boy. Adam Levine and Gary Hong really want to make a TV series about their friendship.
According to Deadline.com, the Maroon 5 singer and "The Voice" coach and his "Community" writer pal are developing a single-camera comedy about their experiences as best friends and roommates.
Levine and Hong previously developed a karaoke bar comedy, also about their own experiences, in 2011, but that didn't go forward.
A new season of "The Voice," still featuring Levine, will premiere this fall on NBC.
