Sacha Baron Cohen eyeing role in 'Alice in Wonderland' sequel
Sacha Baron Cohen and Johnny Depp may be getting back together in "Wonderland."
The Brit actor is eyeing a role in Disney's upcoming "Alice in Wonderland" sequel, which is now being called "Through the Looking Glass," according to Deadline.
Depp has signed on to return as the Mad Hatter, along with Mia Wasikowska as Alice. Cohen's role is as yet unknown.
James Bobin ("The Muppets") is taking over directing duties from Tim Burton, who will serve as produce.
Cohen previously teamed with Depp and Burton for 2007's "Sweeney Todd" (pictured).
"Looking Glass" will be released on May 27, 2016
