Liam Neeson sees 'Grey' with Joe Carnahan
'The A-Team' didn't turn into the franchise maker Fox was hoping for, but it did solidify the relationship between director Joe Carnahan and actor Liam Neeson. Carnahan next movie is the wilderness adventure "The Grey" and his first recruit for the lead was another "A-Team" cast member, Bradley Cooper. With Cooper unable to meet his initial commitment, Carnahan has found Neeson ready and willing to jump on board.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, the picture finds Neeson playing the leader of an oil drilling team who find themselves under attack by large wolves after their plane crashes in Alaska.
No word on when the independently financed production is expected to begin.
