Rosario Dawson gets a paycheck for 'Zookeeper'
After getting all serious in "Seven Pounds," Rosario Dawson is taking an easier route for her next picture. The fan favorite of the genre community will star alongside Kevin James in MGM's "The Zookeeper."
According to Variety, the action comedy finds a zoo keeper (James) learning the ways of love and mating from his animals who are trying to help him win back the woman of his dreams. It's unclear if that is Dawson or Leslie Bibb who was previously announced as co-starring in the picture.
Dawson is currently shooting the potential blockbuster "Percy Jackson" with Pierce Brosnan, Uma Thurman, Steve Coogan and Catherine Keener.
"Zookeeper" is looking at a late summer shoot in Boston and is locked for a July 23, 2010 release.
