Listen: "Glee" previews Finn's take on "Losing My Religion"
Glee has been tackling a lot of major hot topics in the past year, like homosexuality, divorce, premarital sex and Britney Spears. Tuesday's episode is set to feature Finn (Cory Monteith) tackling another of these: religion. Specifically, losing it.
So, naturally, the baby-faced football star will be crooning R.E.M.'s 1991 classic "Losing My Religion," in the episode titled "Grilled Cheesus."
Monteith told his host on "Late Night with Jimmy Fallon" earlier this week that it's his first solo in the season and the song in the ep was filmed in reverse, which mean he had to learn to sing some words in reverse. You can check a video of that here.
Listen to just the track of the song at EW.
Other songs to be tackled during "Cheesus": Billy Joel’s “Only the Good Die Young,” Barbara Streisand’s “Papa Can You Hear Me,” The Beatles' (!!) “I Wanna Hold Your Hand.”
