Al Pacino lending his golden pipes to 'Despicable Me 2'

Al Pacino -- he of one of the most imitated voices in Hollywood -- will soon be heard as the as-yet-unnamed villain in Universal's "Despicable Me 2," the sequel to Chris Meledandri’s 2010 'toon that grossed more than $540 million worldwide.
Pacino will join returning leads Steve Carrell and Jason Segel, according to Deadline.com, who first reported the story.
Surprisingly, it's the "Godfather" legend's first appearance in an animated film. He was recently seen opposite Adam Sandler (and Adam Sandler) in "Jack and Jill." His next live-action film is the thriller "Son of No One," co-starring Channing Tatum and Tracy Morgan. Woo-ha!
