Is Justin Bieber plotting a Christmas album?

Justin Bieber addressed rumors that he was getting his Christmas cheer on, sort of, when he Tweeted this week.
"so it's true...been in the studio doing something special for christmas. we are going to try and raise alot of money this year for charity!"
Christmas bells are ringing. No word if its a whole album, a series of singles or what, but considering his Retweets, he's taking suggestions on songs, ladies and gents.
