Nick Jonas going solo? Will the Jonas Brothers survive?
Fainting spells and squealing may have been reported across the country earlier this week, as it was revealed that Nick Jonas, the youngest of the Jonas Brothers, was planning a solo release. Fretting ensued when the Jonas' mom "leaked" to a magazine that the heartthrob was at a photo shoot for the effort: fans feared that the trio may break up.
So to MySpace Joe and Kevin went, announcing that the group was still a go and that they were very proud of Nick. "Anything we do outside of the group is a side project because you can't break up brothers. We are already planning another world tour AS THE JONAS BROTHERS
[emphasis theirs] next summer, and it is all thanks to our amazing fans." Aw.
Nick said only this of the forthcoming project, which will go under the name Nick Jonas & The Administration. "I decided to go to Nashville, TN to make a side project with 4 musicians -- guys that I had met and worked with before."
