'Paranormal Activity 3' is on the way
The yearly installments of "Saw" may be coming to an end, but don't worry horror fans, "Paranormal Activity" is apparently going to pick up the slack. This week, Paramount Pictures quietly slated "Paranormal Activity 3" for an Oct. 21, 2011 release. No word on who will direct or star in the low budget flick, but after the "PA 2" grossed in impressive $82.6 million in theaters on just a $3 million budget another sequel was practically guaranteed. Currently, the only other film on that date is Warner Bros.' star studded "Contagion 3D" with Matt Damon, Gwyneth Paltrow, Marion Cotillard, Kate Winslet, Jude Law, Lawrence Fishburne and Bryan Cranston. Can even the possessed Katie take that sort of star power down? We'll see.
