Dave Grohl, Eddie Vedder, Pat Smear join Mike Watt for super-collaboration live
Only in Seattle: Minutemen legend Mike Watt had a few very special Northwesternly friends on hand for his live show earlier this week. Foo Fighters and Nirvana dudes Dave Grohl and Pat Smear, plus Pearl Jam frontman Eddie Vedder all stormed the stage for an unrehearsed take on "Big Train" at the Triple Door.
Consequence of Sound has the video here. According to the site, the Foo Fighters were playing one of their garage shows in the Emerald City, while Pearl Jam are apparently hard at work recording.
Grohl and Vedder used to back Watt on tour back in 1995.
