ABC shuffles ‘Happy Endings,’ ‘Don’t Trust’ and pulls ’666 Park Ave’
Sunday nights are going to look a bit different on ABC.
Last month, in an effort to boost the night's ratings, the network pulled cancelled drama "666 Park Ave" (which still had a few episodes left to air of its 13-episode run) and scheduled new episodes of Tuesday regulars "Happy Endings" and "Don’t Trust The B—- In Apt. 23" from 10-11 pm on Sundays in January.
After the experiment resulted in low ratings for both shows, ABC has decided to pull "Happy" and "Don't Trust" from the Sunday time slots, while they'll remain in play on Tuesday night.
However, according to Deadline, those remaining "666" segments won't be resurrected for Sundays. Instead, a number of substitutes, starting with a "Shark Tank" rerun this week, will be aired until the network finds a regular 10 pm Sunday night material.
