One last go around on 'Grey's' for Jeffrey Dean Morgan
"Watchmen" may not have been the massive career boost Jeffrey Dean Morgan was hoping for, but he told EW he'll reprise his role as Denny on "Grey's Anatomy" just one more time before the end of the season. Word is Denny will appear alongside Katherine Heigl as a figment of cancer-stricken Izzie's imagination this Thursday.
Considering the number of times Morgan has returned to "Grey's" since Denny was killed three years ago, Morgan is pretty blunt when he told the mag, "I think they're regretting killing me off a little bit. But it's done and it's been great and I love those people. [Series creator] Shonda Rhimes gave me the opportunity of a lifetime."
Morgan will return to the big screen this summer in the thriller "All Good Things" and in Ang Lee's "Taking Woodstock."
