Quentin Tarantino wants to make a horror movie instead of 'Kill Bill Vol. 3'
Quentin Tarantino's films have had their share of blood and gore -- especially his most recent film, "Django Unchained" -- but the genre-loving director has never made an actual horror film.
The director has postponed the early retirement he once threatened, and he's working on another western for his next film. But after that, could an excursion into ghosts or slashers be next?
While a horror film from the insane mind behind "Inglourious Basterds" and "Pulp Fiction" is just crazy enough to work, it sounds like one thing Tarantino won't be doing is a third "Kill Bill."
"I've done what I wanted to do by the time I was this age," he told The Independent. "Today, I'm further down the road. There are no genres I absolutely want to do any more, like ticking boxes: 'This, done'. I don't think about 'Kill Bill 3' that much, as... we already visited them."
"If there was something I would like to work on again, it would be Honshu's movies, maybe," he added. "Or a horror movie, perhaps."
