Jeff Foxworthy will host CBS' version of 'The Great British Bake-Off'
CBS' version of the smash hit "The Great British Bake-Off" has an American title, an American host and American judges.
Set to premiere on Wednesday, May 29, the entirely self-explanatory series will be titled "The American Baking Competition" on CBS. Why so stuffy? Ask CBS.
Hoping to break through the stuffiness will be host Jeff Foxworthy, because when you think baking, you think Jeff Foxworthy.
Finally, CBS also announced that UK baker and "Great British Bake-Off" judge Paul Hollywood will judge the American series along with Marcela Valladolid.
