ABC wants 'The Incredible Hulk' to smash again in primetime
ABC is reportedly in the earliest stages of development on a new TV version of "The Incredible Hulk."
The project has been expected to move into a development pipeline since Disney acquired Marvel last year and since Marvel launched Marvel Television in June.
As of now, no writer is attached to the project, nor has there been any news on ABC's approach to the character.
Will the new Hulk be like the Bill Bixby/Lou Ferrigno CBS drama from 1978/82, with Bruce Banner roaming the country helping those in need, getting angry and shredding his pants?
Or will he be an extension of the big screen versions of Banner and the Hulk embodied by Eric Bana, then Edward Norton and soon Mark Ruffalo in the last decade?
