Kings of Leon's "Talihina Sky" documentary gets a DVD release
"Talihina Sky: The Story of Kings of Leon " is getting a DVD release in time for the holidays.
RCA is dropping the film on Nov. 1 on Blu-Ray, DVD and digitally via iTunes, and superfans can look forward to some added benefit: the release will include 45 minutes of extra scenes, commentary from the band, more home movies and more.
Previously, Showtime called dibs on broadcast rights; the flick aired for the first time late last month.
"Talihina Sky" -- which shares a name with one of KoL's songs --premiered earlier this year at the TriBeCa Film Festival.
