Pearl Jam's appearance at the 2010 New Orleans Jazz Fest on May 1 also serves as a kick-off point for a nationwide tour.
In support of their 2009 album "Backspacer," the Seattle veterans will continue next to Kansas City, Mo. on May 3 and play until the end of the month. They also previously had overseas dates set for June/July.
Pre-sale goes up March 15, followed by general onsale on March 19-20. The stint only runs through 12 cities (with a 13th TBA), so it'll surely be the hot ticket this spring before most artists head out for summer dates.
Band of Horses will be opening most dates while the Black Keys will support at the Madison Square Garden dates.
