4. 'Beauty and the Geek' (2005 - 2008)
Concept: In "The Ultimate Social Experiment," Geeks and Beauties were paired in a contest of self-improvement. Or something like that. The Beauties tried proving to the Geeks that they weren't so socially awkward and the Geeks tried proving to the Beauties that they didn't need to rely only on looks.
Bring it back because: Geek Chic has never been more popular and Ashton Kutcher was exploiting nerds long before it was nerds. The Beauty/Nerd binary doesn't exist in quite the same way anymore, which might force "Beauty and the Geek" to become more nuanced, but it would be worth another season of awkward fake-dates and embarrassing quizzes just to see the show deal with the alleged Fake Geek Girl phenomenon -- more a phenomenon involving doubters that girls can genuinely like geek culture -- and the spread of geek culture into hipster culture. Or maybe the show would just traffic in more stereotypes. It would certainly make valuable summer programming on The CW.
