10. 'Joe Millionaire' (Two seasons in 2003)
Concept: A millionaire bachelor woos an assortment of women in high style, with the twist being that he's not actually wealthy.
Bring it back because: The first season of "Joe Millionaire" was one of the biggest reality TV sensations of all time and the fear was that a second season would be nearly impossible to do because of all of the hype around Evan Marrott. The producers went to Europe for the second season and, sadly, it sucked. As terrifying as it is to think of it, "Joe Millionaire" was 10 years ago and for most women of reality TV dating age, it's either a distant memory or a total non-factor. The "Joe Millionaire" conceit was a good one and it's hard to believe that with careful vetting, you couldn't do it again now without any risk of anybody ruining the surprise. The two keys would be: A) Bringing back butler Paul Hogan and B) Finding a contestant with Marriott's pre-douche-y innocence rather than David Smith's blandness from "The Next Joe Millionaire."
