From What We've Seen: This looks like a perfect vehicle for "The Soup" host Joel McHale's particular blend of snark and innocency. He's done such a good job on E! that he deserves his shot at escaping basic cable, even if we don't have a clue how this will work as a series after the first season or two. "Chuck" has us primed to welcome Chevy Chase back to primetime and the clips are at least generally funny. NBC's comedies -- especially "The Office" and "30 Rock" -- have occasionally taken a couple episodes to fully find their rhythms, but this is one we'll be keeping an eye on. Also in the plus column, The Russo Brothers, who did the "Arrested Development" pilot, as directors. Plus, it looks 100-times better than NBC's "100 Questions."
