10 new shows we're looking forward to
From 'Human Target' to 'Three Rivers' to 'V,' these are some anticipated 2009-2010 shows
The CW's 'The Beautiful Life'
"The Beautiful Life"
Tuesdays at 9 p.m. on The CW
From What We've Seen: If "Top Model" and "Make Me a Supermodel" have taught us anything, it's that the lives of supermodels are nothing if not catty and outrageous and fodder for endless drama. The clips aren't especially juicy, but the cast is pretty and eclectic and the creative team -- including Mike Kelley ("Swingtown") and Carol Barbee ("Jericho") -- is more interesting that one would expect. The return of Mischa Barton to the small screen, years after she lay dying in Ryan Atwood's arms, makes us wonder something far more important: Why are all five networks not working overtime to build a star vehicle for Rachel Bilson? Just curious...
