Kanye West accepts $3 million to perform at Kazakhstan wedding
What did you do this Labor Day weekend? Kanye West spent his in Kazakhstan.
The superstar rapper played a wedding in the former Soviet republic for a reported $3 million on Saturday, performing at the nuptials of the grandson of Kazakh president Nursultan Nazarbayev, according to Consequence of Sound. Sadly for West (ok, not too sadly, because $3 million), the guests were seemingly more interested in taking pictures of themselves in front of the stage than in watching the actual performance. "Borat" would be proud.
