Sixpence None the Richer - 'Kiss Me'
Poor Sixpence None the Richer. When their "Kiss Me" -- a slice of undeniably romantic pop from the film "She's All That" -- hit the charts it was shut out from the top spot by the triple team of by Cher's "Believe," TLC's "No Scrubs," and Ricky Martin's "Livin' la Vida Loca." They even look defeated in the song's video, in which they mope around in the cold outdoors, comforting each other and watching "She's All That" on a beat up old TV.
