'Star Wars: Episode III - Revenge of the Sith' (2005)
Let the arguments begin. Sure, it's overlong and overwrought and it only sorta ties everything together, but "Sith" is far-and-away the best of the three "Star Wars" prequels and that has to count for something on this list. While it may not reach the dramatic heights of "The Empire Strike Back," "Sith" does somewhat successfully bring the prequel trilogy into darker and morally ambiguous waters. Plus, the lengthy opening has some of the best space battle action in cinema history. - DL
