I've read that Quicksilver and the Scarlet Witch are off the table, as Fox owns them as part of their X-Men license, all mutants.

- mrbilliam I've always wondered whether those were counted as "X-Men" characters. Being Magneto's children, I wonder if they could finally pop up in the upcoming X-Men: First Class sequel. I suppose they would be have to be babies.

- J. It does make me wonder why Luke and Black Panther- undoubtably the most iconic Black characters in the Marvel Universe and with long Avengers associations- were not mentioned. Cage has an incredible fan base (Nicholas Cage NAMED himself after him, for chrissakes) and fans would go crazy for an apperance. The listis flawed without one or both of them.

Definitely Hank Pym (Ant Man/Giant Man) and the Wasp for me. The Ultimates (which casted Sam Jackson as Nick Fury!) has a story line where Pym beats his wife, the wasp, and then Captain America finds him and gives him a giant sized ass whooping; and that would have made for some movie magic.

I'd like to see the following: Luke Cage, Iron Fist, Dr. Strange, Baron Zemo, MODOK, Black Panther, Grim Reaper, Bill Foster, Radioactive Man, Hercules, Namor the Sub-Mariner, man there is to many to name.

I'd put Quicksilver on the list too but I think there is no chance for him or his sister to appear in this films.

Antman..then it could of been an Avengers sequel with Ultro..like "Live free Die Hard" to the 25th power..Ultron is so Underrated. It fits perfectly in todays world..Iron man even tho not a big seller in comics is suitable because of the content of technology
