Best New Artist 1998: Paula Cole released her second album, "The Fire," in late 1996, which garnered her the Best New Artists title in 1998. This record contained her first hit single, "Where Have All the Cowboys Gone?" as well as its follow-up "I Don't Want to Wait," which you probably remember as the theme song for "Dawson's Creek.
