Syracuse lost their first Big East game last weekend at the hands of Villanova, but still remain at the top of the conference standings. They have had a week off to regroup before facing the Panthers, but that won't make it any easier. The Panthers are tied for third in the Big East, and already have proven to be tough with wins over Georgetown, Connecticut, and Villanova. It is rare for Syracuse to drop two in a row, and it is unlikely that they will, but it would not be a huge surprise if it did happen this week.
