There are certain secrets it is incredibly difficult to keep, and pregnancy is sometimes one of them... sometimes not.  This Discovery Health series is ending its second season tonight, and as the title may have made you aware, it's all about people who are, secretly, pregnant.  Now, eventually, as you would surmise, the secrets do come out (regularly in the bathroom during the prom).  Each episode of the series follows two women who are, for very specific reasons, keeping their bundle of joy a secret.  Find out why these two women are hiding their offspring tonight.
