Washington has struggled at the beginning of this season, but they are learning a new system, which takes time. There are bound to be hiccups when changing things up, and without a pre-season, the Capitals might take longer than usual to get things in order. The Penguins have looked good, but picked up a couple of losses that reminded them things still need tweaking before they are in top form. The Caps will continue to struggle but will look better as things fall into place, and will be a tough team to beat, so the Penguins will have to be ready to play.
