It is not very often that the Wolfpack are the favorites in this rivalry, but that is the case this year. NC State has been ranked all season, but have also been a bit inconsistent, beating Duke and then losing to Maryland. They have a lot of talent, and are really dangerous when it all comes together, and there is no doubt, they will bring everything they have against the Tar Heels. North Carolina will bring everything they have as well, but this year, that means a lot less than in most years. They have struggled in quite a few games, but seemed to be playing much better last weekend against Maryland. This a huge game for them if they want a chance at finishing near the top of the ACC.
