NBA Playoffs: Chicago Bulls at Brooklyn Nets
May 04, 2013TV Network - TNT
The Nets held off the Bulls in a tight Game 6 to tie the series and force Game 7. They get to play back at the Barclays Center, which is a definite advantage, but the fact that they only won by 3 against a Bulls team playing without two of their starters is not a good sign. Honestly this series has been so back and forth that it is impossible to predict how it will end, but we will finally know who sees Miami in the next round.

Game 4 was not a good sign for the Nets. They figured out a way to score on the Bulls stifling defense, and had accumulated 109 points late in the fourth quarter. The Bulls offense rarely score that much in an entire game, so this one should have been in the bag for the Nets, but the Robinson and the Bulls rallied and forced OT, and won it in the third overtime. So now the Bulls have won in the grind-it-out defensive games, and the high tempo, high-scoring games, leaving little room for the Nets in the remainder of this series.

Brooklyn had a great first season in their new home, and look to continue that by advancing pas the first round of the playoffs. The Bulls stand in their way though, and could potentially face a returning D. Rose. Both teams are strong on the defensive end, and rebound really well, but Brooklyn has a big advantage on the offensive end. Chicago is also very beat up, with two of their big men just making it back from injuries, and obviously Rose is still a question mark. You can't count the Bulls out, as their coach is one of the best at the X's and O's, but things don't look great for Chicago fans right now.
