Louisville and Syracuse looked poised to compete for the Big East Championship at the beginning of the season, and they still could, but are currently locked in a three-way tie for second with Marquette. Syracuse got the best of the Cardinals in their first meeting, and even though it was only a 2-point game, it was on Louisville's court. The Orange will be finishing up a brutal three-game stretch and will be worn down, and the Cardinals have been looking good since their earlier 3-game skid, so things could align for Louisville to get their revenge in this game.
