 kes &quot\;Kitchen Nightmares&quot\;&nbsp\;so special.&nbsp\; Yes\, Ramsay 
 helps revamp the restaurants too\, putting them on the track to financial s
 uccess\, and that is nominally interesting\, but the kitchens are the true 
 standouts.</p>
