For several years, Ryan Seacrest has been co-hosting this event alongside the legendary Dick Clark. Clark, however, passed away in April and Seacrest is now front and center. The title of the special will be remaining the same in order to honor the late, great, Dick Clark. So, celebrate the holidays with Seacrest, Jenny McCarthy, Carly Rae Jepsen, Neon Trees, Taylor Swift, Fergie (who hosts from the west coast), Brandy, Flo Rida, Karmin, OneRepublic, and Pitbull. We're highlighting the actual ball drop ortion of the show here (that begins at 11:30), but there will absolutely be three hours of primetime festivities as well.
