Dick Clark and Ryan Seacrest are back again this year to ring in the New Year. There is, as with every year, a primetime portion of this program as well, but if you want to watch the ball drop in Times Square, you won't see that in primetime (unless you live on the West Coast, but that doesn't count). No, to watch the ball drop you have to tune in just prior to midnight. Expect celebrities, tons of music, and a whole lot of reminiscing. The new decade is upon us and who better to share that with than Dick Clark?
