This go round the Santa Barbara International Film Festival will be celebrating its 28th year. As we told you last year, the festival claims to have "knack for predicting Academy Award winners" and we will once more see if they're able to do just that. If nothing else, Santa Barbara is a gorgeous location to hold the event.
