Every year during the Palm Springs International Film Festival, an event sponsored by the Palm Springs International Film Society, they hold an awards gala. The black tie event is one of the yearly festival highlights and promises to be so once again this year. Cocktails start at five, dinner is at six, and the whole evening ought to prove interesting.
